Eagles in Hamilton Harbour

These photos were sent out from Alice Willems, Manager of the Discovery Centre in Hamilton. There were six eagles on the ice right outside of the Discovery Centre on February 7th. They were eying the poor buffleheads which are occupying an ever decreasing space of open water on the harbour. Five of the eagles are juveniles and the adult apparently caught a gull for them. Amazing....
